Well, yeah I'm thankful for pie! I LIKE pie! I'm also thrilled that I got to sleep in until 7:30 this morning...and that my Hopie will be home with me for the next FIVE days!

However, first and foremost I am thankful for the family God has created for me:

My precious husband who made it home safely after being gone for several days. My life is turned upside down when he is gone. I'm so happy he's back...not only because that saves me from failing miserably at the single parent thing, but because I *LOVE* him!

My two miracle daughters...I still can't believe they are really here...and they are really mine...and that they love me.

My two miracle furry feline males...their stories of how they ended up in this family are no less miraculous than those of their human family members. Thank you God for my boys...

I am thankful we have a beautiful home in a safe and friendly neighborhood...that we have plenty of food to eat...and that we get to spend yet another Thanksgiving together.
